I ordered this carabiner watch. The item arrived after quite a delay. It has to come from China. Another watch was enclosed and not the carabiner watch. Two problems with the product:
1.) The leather strap to the watch was frayed.
2.) The watch does not work.

Here is a vendor that substitutes one product for another (Bait and Switch), and just try to get a refund processed. The vendor reserves the right to approve your return. I was unable to get a return label and now here I sit and wait. This is an infuriating experience where the customer is treated with total contempt, the money is taken and the customer is left in the lurch. This is one of the worst Amazon experiences I have had. Steer away from this vendor.

When I complained to Tanboo, their response was almost instantaneous. They apologized very briefly. They will send a new watch without my having to return the original. When I receive the new watch, I will update my review to reflect my experience. I would have to say that this was a simple mistake. though aggravating. I must also say that the vendor requested I take down my initial review.I think it would more serve the interests of the Amazon consumer to see the entire experience.
