I ordered this watch at the end of October as a birthday gift for my Mom. I ordered it way in advance of her birthday which is December 23rd. According to their return policy even though the watch is supposed to have a one year warranty, the return window for a full refund expired Dec. 2. When my Mom opened her gift, we found that the hands aren't even moving on it. I am assuming it comes with a battery already in it.She never even had a chance to put it on her arm. If I return it I'm responsible to pay the shipping, and I won't even receive all my money back for the watch. Update: Amazon worked with me,even though it took longer than I wanted. I only lost 50 cents in the end after returning. The watch was nice in appearance, but was too afraid to purchase another one.
